Logos and Designs

We provide 4 main ways for including your name, logo or design of choice on the items you order. Embroidery, screen printed transfers, direct screen printing and helmet printing and helmet stickers:

Orders for less than 12 embroideries will incur an extra set up charge of £6.00.

• additional logos, names or text on a garment will be extra

• One off charge to set up each embroidered logo is £27.50
• One off charge to set up each embroidered text design is £12.50
• One off charge to set up each individual wearer name is £2.00

Size 1 or 2 transfers suitable for left breast designs, size 3 or 4 suitable for back designs.. The maximum print width to fit on the back of high visibility garments between the reflective bands is no more than 25cm.

Larger quantities of transfers offer great value for money and if you order more than you need spare transfers can be kept in our logo library for use against your future orders. There is a £10.00 + vat artwork and colour proofing charge for originating each design and an example of the colour proof is shown below:

CAD Cut transfer text logos
If you only want a small quantity of transfers 1 - 49 and it is only simple text that is required you may want to consider out CAD cut text logos. There is a one off set up charge of £5.00 + vat per text design and an emailed proof is available on request. In the case of individual wearer names there is a £5.00 + vat charge which covers up to 5 names, additional names after that cost £1.00 each + vat. These offer great value for money for small orders and individual wearer names.

All prices quoted above are PER LOGO and subject to VAT at 17.5%

Only basic text can be reproduced in Ariel bold capitals or upper & lower case, COMPANY NAME or Company Name. There is no minimum order requirement but a maximum of x 49 allowed in single colours only. Choose from the following colours for transfast CAD cut: white, black, silver, gold, red, orange, yellow, sunflower, navy, royal blue, sky blue, green. Weatherguard cad cut logos only available in black.

Direct Screen Printing

With direct screen printing the logo or design of choice is screen printed directly onto the garment.

Screen charges £27.00 per colour for standard screens, screen charges £36.00 per colour for process screens, individual folding & polybagging supplied at £0.27 per garment.

We can offer a printing service directly onto the helmets, there is a minimum quantity of helmets depending on the make of helmet:

Helmet Stickers

Helmet stickers prices depend on number of colours & quantity, all prices are per sticker and subject to VAT, stickers can be printed onto either white or clear self adhesive vinyl.

What we need to originate your logo or design is a colour picture which can either be supplied in the form of a letterhead, compliments slip, marketing brochure etc. or if you have it as an electronic jpeg file which can be emailed to us this can also be used email: sales@totalteamwear.co.uk
